Major Project: 40,000 organic waste bins with bio-filter lids for the Neumarkt i.d. Oberpfalz district
The organic waste bin with an biofilter lid is on its way, and the weekly collection of the previously optional organic waste bin is coming to an end: production is continuing non-stop for another week for this major project in the district of Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate. Production has been in full swing since March this year. Skilful production planning was necessary to ensure on-time delivery by utilising all available resources and working extra shifts, as a large order from Lithuania with a short lead time had to be accommodated unexpectedly. We will have delivered just under 40,000 organic waste filter lids to the district by the end of next week – on site, the organic waste filter lids were fitted to the MGB bodies of our international partner, the SULO Group. The bio-filter lid will replace the previous weekly collection of organic waste bins in the district – this will save enormous disposal costs, significant logistical effort and a great deal of CO2 in future.
