In Ostbevern (Warendorf district), BIOLOGIC Immobilien eGbR, owned by our shareholders Andreas Knappheide and Sven Betting, is currently developing a new location. Conveniently located near the A1 motorway, the building is being developed with a focus on sustainability. BIOLOGIC GmbH & Co.KG plans to move in in October 2026. In addition to generating its own electricity, the building will be passively temperature-controlled via concrete core activation. The warehouse/logistics area will be greened on the roof to provide a compensatory area for nature. In addition, a small biotope will be created at the main entrance. The parking spaces will be made future-proof with charging stations for electric cars.
