District of Rhön-Grabfeld | Biologic now accompanied a successful campaign for a more waste-free organic waste collection in the district of Rhön-Grabfeld. Every citizen can currently pick up 10 free paper bags for organic waste collection at the recycling center in Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale. The citizen must present for it only the trailer with the coupon, which finds citizens also in these days still at your bio garbage can. Biologic has provided the trailers for the campaign free of charge. In return, the LK has ordered the now soon 75000 paper bags from Biologic. We produced the tags for the handle tubes of the bio garbage can CO2 neutral and unrefined, so that they can decompose themselves in the bio waste or be disposed of in the paper garbage can.

The flyer explains about the correct and non-destructive collection of organic waste and why it is important to also especially avoid the compostable plastic bags, which do not decompose in the rotting time in the composting plants. The voucher keeps the message in mind that the tag must be kept for redemption against paper bags.

There has already been a big run on the paper bags since the first day of the campaign, so that the initial 25000 paper bags are now being increased to 75000. Klaus Bittorf, operations manager of Waste Management Rhön-Grabfeld, has already reported from waste workers that there has been a significant reduction in the amount of disruptive waste.
